Revised, de-anonymized abstracts

Each abstract was evaluated by two independent reviewers. We encourage you to carefully consider their feedback when revising your abstract.

Please de-anonymize your abstract as follows:

1. The authors’ names should appear on the second line,
2. Their affiliations on the third line,
3. And the corresponding author’s email address on the fourth line.

If your submission includes multiple authors with different affiliations, please arrange them accordingly before submitting the anonymized version, leaving enough blank lines to insert this information later.

Finally, please ensure your revised abstract complies with the original submission guidelines (see below), particularly regarding length.

Submit the final de-anonymized versions of your abstracts to OpenReview:

1. Log in and navigate to your submission.
2. Click the Edit button on the right side of the page.
3. Select Final De-Anonymized Submission.
4. Update any necessary information and upload the final PDF.

Please, upload the revised abstracts until July 31.

Abstract submission guidelines

  • Abstracts should be submitted as a single PDF file via Open Review
    • Please note that OpenReview has a moderation process for registering users with non-institutional email addresses, which may take several days to complete. Therefore, we strongly encourage applicants using non-institutional email addresses to register early, even if they plan to submit their abstracts at a later date.
  • Abstract should be fully anonymized.
  • For the abstracts, you can use our templates (MS Word or LaTeX).
  • You can use up to three pages.
    • The first page contains the main abstract
    • The second page is used for references, tables, and figures.
    • If you are reporting on a language other than English, a third page may be used to explain the specificities of the given language which the readers may need for understanding the research.
  • Template properties:
    • A4 size pages, all margins 2 cm
    • font Arial
    • font size 12 (for paper title), 10 (for the rest of the text, including references)
    • line spacing 1.5
    • below the title, leave at least five free rows (10pt) for the initial submission
    • the de-anonymized submission will then have authors on the second row, their affiliations on the third row and corresponding author’s email address on the fourth row – if your submission has many authors with various affiliations, try to fit them there before submitting the anonymized version and leave enough empty rows to fit there later.
  • There is no limit for the number of submitted abstracts per person.
